At Calavera New York, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unused condition.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
